In this episode, we to look at the issue of online addiction. It can be hard for parents and teachers to draw the line of how much time online is too much. In today’s society, everyone needs to be connected. but today’s focus will be on how much is too much, and also if you are worried one of your children is spending too much time online, what can you do about it.
I am joined by Dr Richard Duffy, Consultant of Liaison psychiatry in the Mater Hospital Dublin. PhD researcher with Trinity College Dublin. In addition to his medical degrees, he holds a masters in epidemiology (which to those of us who don't know what that means, it's in medical research and statistics).
